Return and Refund Policy

At CHEEKY SAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer you the opportunity to return the product under the following conditions.

1. Product returns
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
- The product is new, unopened and in its original packaging.
- The product has not been used in any way.
- The product is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Please note Dog toys and accessories must be in their original condition before they can be returned. If the packaging has been opened, or if the product shows signs of use, it cannot be returned.

2. Return procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service department at customerservice@cheeky-dogs.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
2. Once we have validated your request, we will send you return instructions.
3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective or does not conform to your order.
4. Once the product has been returned and verified to be in new and unused condition, we will proceed with the refund.

3. Refunds
- Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
- Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your card.
- Delivery charges are not refundable, unless the item received is faulty or does not conform to the order.

4. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used, opened or damaged.
- The product has been personalized (for example, with a name or engraving).
- The product is returned after the 14-day period following receipt.

5. Defective or non-conforming products
If you receive a faulty or non-conforming product (e.g. product error or damaged product), please notify us immediately at customerservice@cheeky-dogs.com. In this case, we will send you a replacement product or issue a full refund, including return postage if the product is no longer available.
